"Arrington's Raspberry Wine: The One That's a Perfect Pair"
When I saw this photo in an email from Arrington Vineyards, I thought, "Hey, those truffles look familiar." Perhaps that's because they're eerily similar to the truffles on the cover of the book I co-wrote with Artisan Chocolatier, Bethany Thouin, Chocolate Covered Friendship. Sure enough, Bethany created this truffle exclusively for the local winery, Arrington Vineyards, co-owned by country music superstar Kix Brooks.
The truffles are available at Bethany's artisan chocolate cafe, The Cocoa Tree, in the Germantown district of Nashville or online.
